Policy on Registrations, Cancellations and Program

The Forum and Masterclass are primarily for franchisor executives and franchisees and because of space limitations they will be given priority registration. We expect the program to be booked out. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after November 14th or no shows. The program may change slightly from that advertised.
